Service Advisor

Job Description

Attend customer daily service needs
Manage service appointments registration
Promote service and parts sales
Execution of CS-related duties and responsibilities.
Co-ordinate with Job Controller/ Foreman on work progress status & inform any delay to customer accordingly.
Handle customer complaints and ensures high customer satisfaction
Conduct 1 day before appointment reminder to customer to regularly update customer’s parts status

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in automotive
Minimum 1 year of working experience in automotive related business or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
IT literate
Excellent communication skills
Able to communicate proficiently in English and Malay
