Service Advisor

Job Description

Attend customer daily service needs in compliance with SST procedures.
Manage service appointments registration.
Promote service and parts sales.
Execution of CS-related duties and responsibilities.
Co-ordinate with Job Controller / Foreman on work progress status & inform any delay to customer accordingly.
To regularly update customers on Parts and Warranty status
Be passionate to learn more things about Automotive.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Automotive/ Mechanical, Business/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in automotive related business or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills.
Able to speak proficiently in English and Malay.
