Service Appointment Topics

It is a reserved time for you to meet up with the Service Advisor to discuss your vehicle service requirements.

The easiest way is to call us at 1300-222-000 to make a reservation with our friendly CRE. Alternatively, you can send us a message with your preferred date and time via WhatsApp at 012-222 5179, or leave a private message at www.fb.com/hondationgnam. Easy!
Our Service Centre is open 7 days a week from 8.30am to 5.30pm and closed on Public Holidays. We advise you to book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment and a long waiting time.

The appointment time allocated is for you to meet the Service Advisor only. This will reduce your waiting time to be attended to.

  • Weekdays: at least one (1) week in advance
  • Weekends: subject to availability
  • Festive season: at least two (2) weeks in advance

This is to avoid non-availability or long waiting time.

Unfortunately if you are more than 30 minutes early or late for your appointment, your appointment is then cancelled. We will consider your visit as a ‘walk-in’ visit and you would have to wait your turn to be seen by the Service Advisor. However, we do aim to see to you as soon as possible! Please be punctual to ensure that your visit goes smoothly, and to avoid disrupting other appointments.

Please contact us to cancel or reschedule your visit. Our Customer Relation Executive will be happy to arrange for another appointment with you.

You may walk in to our Service Centre and will be attended to on a ‘First Come, First Serve’ basis. However, this is not recommended.
