Job Description
Coordinate all storage activities to ensure parts operation performance achieving the target given by principal.
Handle documentation and filing system.
Follow up with HMSB with back-order status.
Assist in the inventory control and storage activities such as planning service parts order, checking inventory level, updating records, preparing reports required by the principal and filing.
Responsible for receiving and storage operation as well as ensuring the integrity of stock inventory.
Ensure parts storage maintenance, cleanliness, safety and housekeeping.
Conduct parts ordering based on Parts Ordering Tracking Sheet (POTS) and regularly update to Service Advisor upon parts arrival.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Automotive/ Mechanical, Business/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
IT Literate
Proficient in Business and Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must.
Possess good written and communication skills in English and Malay.
Training will be provided upon taking up the job to ensure high quality assurance at Honda Parts and Accessories.
