Insurance Administrator

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Administer insurance policies for vehicles in inventory.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance documentation.
Assist customers in understanding their insurance options and coverage.
Create insurance quotation.
Follow up with customers.
Generate reports for renewal notices, MYEG (Road tax renewal), and submissions.
Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp
Handling SAP system for generate customer DATA and invoice etc.
Responsibilities for monthly target achievement
Stay updated on insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
Work closely with sales and finance department to integrate insurance-related processes seamlessly.
Able to work independently.
Open to taking on responsibilities and overcome challenging work conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
