Service Advisor

Job Function / Description:

  • Attend to customer daily service needs as compliance to SST procedures
  • Registration and control of service appointments
  • Promoting service and parts sales
  • Execution of CSI related duties and responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate with Foreman on work progress status
  • Handle customer complaints and ensures high customer satisfaction standard

 

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in automotive related business or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP System will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to speak proficiently in English and Malay.
