Service Advisor

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/”O”Level/Diploma or MLVK Level III or Degree in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical) or its equivalent.
  • Required to provide frontline service consultancy and technical advice to customers after diagnosis regarding repairs and the estimated cost.
  • Close coordination with workshop and spare parts team, so as to complete the jobs on customers’ car within the committed time. Check on customers’ car records and recommend the necessary maintenance services and other service products that would enhance the positive and satisfying driving feeling of the customer.
  • Possess a good-team-working and have a positive attitude.
  • Able to multi-task and have good telephone communication and customer service skills.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Setia Alam.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering – Mechanical /Automotive or equivalent.
